Approved VIP Corporate Members may receive a 10% rebate on qualifying group room revenue booked directly with the hotel at eligible standard rates.
The rebate is calculated on actual paid room revenue only and excludes taxes, fees, meeting space, food and beverage, parking, attrition, cancellations, and other incidental charges.
The rebate applies only to consumed and fully paid reservations and does not apply to canceled, no-show, complimentary, discounted, or third-party booked rooms.
The rebate will be issued to the contracting entity after the group stay is completed and all balances are paid in full, within the hotel’s standard processing period.
This benefit may not be combined with other group discounts, commissions, concessions, or promotional offers unless approved in writing by the hotel.

Advance reservation is required through the hotel.

Complimentary late checkout is available to VIP Members Monday through Thursday, subject to availability.
Late checkout must be requested in advance and confirmed by the front desk on the day of departure.
Standard late checkout under this benefit is up to 6:00 PM.
This benefit is not available on sold-out dates, high-demand dates, or when operational needs require standard checkout times.

Banner benefit applies only to confirmed hotel events and is subject to approval, production capacity, and timing.
Standard banner size is 24" by 63", however, material, and design format will be determined by the hotel.
Final artwork, logo files, and approved wording must be submitted by 30 days prior to arrival.
Custom design work, rush production, oversized banners, or special materials will result in additional charges.
This benefit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with other banner promotions unless approved by the hotel.
